CE 2045 NOV 24
ATLANTIC CITY, NJ, USA

We are proud to announce that Matsugawa MotorWerks has been awarded a contract by the New Jersey governor's office and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to aid in the cleanup and reconstruction efforts in the wake of the Zero-Mass Breeder (0MB-45) Sodium Reactor meltdown at 2500 Boardwalk Avenue in Atlantic City. These efforts will span a total of 18 months and will require the cooperation of the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), more than a dozen local construction firms and contractors, as well as the National Guard and local law enforcement.

Due to the extreme levels of contamination in the immediate area, this project will employ the use of our newly-developed Remote Utility Tank Robots (RUT-Ro's). Their heavy shielding and modular design allows them to be adapted to numerous applications and operate in a variety of hazardous situations. Each tank can be set to be fully autonomous or remotely operated by crews of 1 to 4. Real-time LIDAR scanning as well as data from surveyors will be used to assure a smooth operation.

This will serve as a testbed for future deployments of our units.

The mayor of Springfield has agreed to house our main deployment facility, which will create an estimated 1200 jobs for locals. As a show of our appreciation, MMW has offered a customized RUT-Ro as a gift to the township, aptly named the Springfield Special.
